ARTS ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY
WITH CAMERATA NOVA

Camerata Nova, an innovative vocal group with a Winnipeg concert series of early, contemporary and
indigenous music, is looking for a full-time Executive Director. This person needs to be a self-starter
with strong administrative skills – a multi-tasker who works well with others and has a passion for the
arts, especially music.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated non-profit management experience, preferably in a performing arts organization
or comparable experience
• Strong leadership, focus and self-direction
• Proven efficient administrator with strong related technical competence
• Excellent written and oral communications and outstanding interpersonal skills
•Proven strength in social media

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a home-based office – computer and phone supplied
• Handle the administration of concerts, tours and outreach programs
• Secure government and major foundation funding
• Implement marketing/promotion strategies
• Manage budgeting and day-to- day financial processes
